Kathleen has been in the private club industry for over fifteen years. Her skills and experience include member satisfaction, marketing, market research, operations, and club management. She has a degree in Behavioral Science and enjoys traveling, reading, and building her wine collection.
Gilberto "Gil" Ramirez

Executive Chef
Chef Gil graduated from the prestigious French Culinary Institute and previously worked at the Jasna Polana. Not only has he won multiple culinary competitions, but also the hearts and appetites of members with 13 years of dedicated service and delicious meals at Colonial Club.
Maintenance
Jim joined Colonial Club in April 2022 and has been a welcome addition to the club. He works each week to ensure that the house stays in good working order and handles all club maintenance and daily repairs. Jim is also a volunteer firefighter.
Accounts Supervisor
Mary Ellen Gilbert joined Colonial Club in the Fall of 2025.
